Privacy request

PropRaven republishes public records that government offices publish, such as county assessor rolls, recorded deeds and building permits. Except for requests under New Jersey's Daniel's Law, we don't remove or suppress public-record data on request. To correct or remove a public record, contact the government agency that publishes it. Use this form to:

  • send a Daniel's Law (NJ) nondisclosure request, if you are a covered person (or act for one). We honor these within 10 business days; or
  • ask to see, correct or delete your PropRaven account data (we answer within 45 days).

You can also e-mail privacy@propraven.com. We may contact you to confirm the request is yours before we act on it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

A Daniel's Law request changes what PropRaven shows, not the government record. To change that, contact the office that published it.

What are you asking for?

PropRaven republishes public records from government sources and does not remove them on request, other than under Daniel's Law. To correct or remove any other public record, contact the agency that publishes it.

Who is the request for?

We reply to this address.

Records often list the last name first. Add every spelling you want covered.

For a correction, tell us what is wrong and what it should say. For an account request, write from the e-mail address of the account.
