The Data Observatory is PropRaven's public data-health page. It lists every source feeding the platform — county assessor parcel records, recorded deed transactions, building permits, foreclosure filings, business-entity filings, FEMA flood zones, EPA environmental sites and air-quality designations, USFS wildfire risk, SBA loan originations, IRS income statistics, Census/ACS demographics, school ratings and Opportunity Zones — with the state and county footprint and the expected refresh cadence (annually, monthly, quarterly, static, weekly) for each. The interactive view below polls the same registry every minute, filters by status and cadence, switches between cards and a sortable table, and charts records by source. The parcel base itself is published as 191.3M parcels · 110.0M mapped (measured at epoch 2026-08-30); per-state and per-county fill rates are on the Coverage & Catalog page, the county map is on Live Data View, and the rows on this page are available as JSON from GET /api/v1/observatory.
