U.S. parcel data by state and county

PropRaven serves 191.3M parcels · 110.0M mapped at the 2026-08-30 epoch. This index breaks that coverage down geographically: every state below links to a hub with its full county table, and every county with data has its own page with the parcel count, the fill rate for situs addresses, coordinates, owner names, assessed values and parcel polygons, and the epoch the figures were measured at.

Nothing on these pages is estimated or marketed up. Each number is read from the county coverage summary that the serving database maintains for its current epoch, rounded down where it is abbreviated, and shown exactly where it is a count.

How to read these numbers

Parcels is the number of county-level parcel records in the serving epoch. A parcel that a county source files more than once — or that two sources file for the same county — is counted once per record here, which is why the state rows sum to more than the 191.3M distinct-parcel figure quoted above. The distinct count is the one PropRaven publishes as its national total; the county record count is the one you will see when you query a county.

Address is the share of records carrying a non-empty situs address. Geocoded is the share carrying a usable coordinate. Owner is the share with a non-empty owner name. The state and county pages add the share with a total assessed value above zero and the share with a parcel polygon. Every percentage is rounded down to one decimal, so a county showing 99.9% is not a county showing 100%.

Counties with data counts the counties the coverage summary has at least one record for, keyed to the Census county gazetteer. It is not a claim that every parcel in the county is present; the county page states the record count and lets you compare it with the county's population and building stock.

What a county page shows

  • The parcel record count, the county's rank within its state and its share of the state's records.
  • Population and parcels per 1,000 residents where the Census population is known, and the building count where the USFS gazetteer carries one.
  • A coverage table — address, coordinate, owner, assessed value and polygon counts and percentages — with the state average beside each row.
  • The field families a parcel record carries (owner and mailing address, situs address, assessed and market value, deed history, permits, hazard flags, geometry), each documented in the data dictionary.
  • The serving epoch and the summary refresh date, plus the county's USFS wildfire-risk percentile where present.
  • Links to the search tool, API, MCP server, Snowflake share and bulk delivery, and — for the counties that have them — market statistics.
