Coverage & Catalog

Coverage & Catalog is PropRaven's trust surface for the U.S. parcel record: which states and counties are in the serving database, how complete each one is, and what comes back for a parcel. Nationally the platform publishes 191.3M parcels · 110.0M mapped — 191,288,445 distinct parcels keyed by state and parcel id, of which 110.0M resolve to a mapped location inside their own state, measured at epoch 2026-08-30. Those distinct counts sit on top of 285,714,810 physical serving rows, because the same parcel can appear once per county source, so the per-state figures below are row counts and sum to the row total rather than to 191.3M. For every state the table lists parcel rows in the serving database, the share carrying a usable coordinate (“mapped”), the share carrying a situs address, and counties covered against the Census total; population coverage weights covered counties by their residents. The Field Catalog tab documents every field the API returns, the Delivery tab lists the ways to get the data (REST API, MCP tools, bulk export), per-source freshness is on the Data Observatory, the county map is on Live Data View, and this rollup is available as JSON from GET /api/v1/coverage. County-level detail — parcel records and address, coordinate, owner and value fill rates for every county in the serving database — is on the parcel data by state pages, and each state name in the table below links to its hub.
