Parcel search
Search 191.3M U.S. parcels, 110.0M of them mapped, by street address, owner name or city, then narrow the results by state, city, ZIP code, property type, assessed value and year built. Every row opens the full parcel record: owner and mailing address, assessed and market value, sales and deed history, permits, hazard scores and the county and tract statistics behind it. To look a parcel up directly by APN or parcel ID, or to run the same query from code, use the v1 API; county-level sale counts, prices and volume live under market analytics.
Workbench chips apply preset filters for common jobs in one click: Acquisitions (entity-owned commercial parcels with strong deal scores), Site Selection (high-traffic commercial parcels), Insurance Risk (flood, wind, seismic and wildfire exposure) and Banking & Markets (MSA-level lending and migration). Switch between the table and card layouts without losing filters, sort any column, export up to 1,000 rows to CSV, or save a filtered set as a cohort to revisit later.
Example searches:
- Raleigh — every parcel whose address, owner or city matches Raleigh; add the NC state filter and a property type to narrow it.
- LLC — parcels whose owner name contains LLC — combine with an assessed-value minimum to find entity-held property above a price floor.
- Main St — an address fragment; pair it with a ZIP code to stay inside one neighbourhood.
- Vacant + FL + Assessed Max 50,000 — no search text at all — the property-type, state and value filters alone return low-basis vacant lots.
